VOLUNTEER

2023 marks the 73rd anniversary of the Washington State Hunter Jumper Association. One of the oldest associations in the nation, its stewardship has grown over the years almost entirely due to the dedication of its all-volunteer Board of Directors and through passionate individuals like you.

WSHJA has big plans to grow its offerings to its members going forward and we need the talents and goodwill of our members to help make it happen.

Please consider volunteering your time. Any amount of time you are able to give will make a difference.

WSHJA currently has volunteer opportunities in the following areas:

SHOWS

WSHJA shows are a great way to get directly involved with our community.  Each show can use lots of hands, from helping on move-in day hanging banners, to presenting ribbons, and everything in between!  Volunteering is mandatory to qualify for all of the numerous scholarships WSHJA has to offer and helping out at WSHJA shows is a great way to get your hours in!

WSHJA COMMITTEES

With lots of committees to help run our organization, there are plenty of opportunities to help WSHJA in a non-equestrian ways!  The following committees are always looking for dedicated people to meet once a month and help with projects.  If interested reach out to the WSHJA Board
